Death Toll from Hawaii Wildfire Rises to 36

At least 36 people have died from devastating wildfires in Maui Island in Hawaii.

US media cited local officials as saying that 36 people have died from the wildfires in Maui, dozens were injured and 271 buildings were destroyed,while thousands of people were displaced.

The fire was fanned by fierce winds from Hurricane Dora passing hundreds of miles to the south. Officials fear to see higher number of victims.
