Bahrain Bourse closes trading at 1,962.96 points

Bahrain all share index closed at 1,962.96 points marking a decrease of 1.06 points below the previous closing.

This decrease was due to the fall in the financials sector, Industrials Sector and Materials Sector.

Bahrain Islamic index has closed at 723.01 points marking a decrease of 0.08 points below the previous closing.

Results indicated that 66 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,402,905 worth BD 516,076.

Investors traded mainly in the financials sector representing74.02% of the total value of securities traded.
