Yemen Extradites 8 Saudi Nationals Wanted For Security Agencies

Riyadh, July 31 (QNA) – Yemen has repatriated eight Saudis wanted for suspected links to terrorist group, the Saudi interior ministry announced on Thursday,
“As an extension of security cooperation with Yemen, and the framework of joint security efforts undertaken by the security agencies of both countries, the security authorities in the kingdom have received eight Saudi nationals wanted by the security authorities”, Saudi Press Agency SPA quoted the ministry spokesman as saying.

Two of the eight have been previously arrested and released. The eight included the wife of one of the detainees at the security agencies in the Kingdom.

She was led by members of the terrorist organization in Yemen to illegally leave the country without the knowledge of her parents or her husband, he added.

The security spokesman said that the eight will be subjected to regulations in force in the Kingdom. (QNA)
