The Al Falah project consists of five ‘villages’ presenting 4,857 villas and a range of community amenities. Each of the five villages is arranged around its own landscaped Village and Neighborhood Centers’ and contains a mosque, market square as well as mix of local shops and offices. To ensure the convenience of residents, all shopping facilities are strategically placed close to all villas.
The project features innovative architectural designs that fit with the UAE citizens’ lifestyle and encourage stronger social bonds through the existence of several parks and yards in the residential, commercial and entertainment units of the project. There are three architectural patterns that blend with modern designs and at the same time keep the traditional spirit of the UAE. This will help further a sustainable society that preserves and upholds the UAE identity and living standards.
