Third Palestinian Martyred during Israeli Assault on Jenin, General Strike in West Bank

Occupied Jerusalem, A third Palestinian was martyred as a result of his serious injury by Israeli occupation bullets, during its aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp.

Yanal Hamran, from the village of Al-Hashimiya, west of Jenin, succumbed to his injuries after being shot in the head by the occupation forces during the aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp, Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) said, citing a statement of director of al-Razi Hospital in the city of Jenin.

Two Palestinians were martyred Wednesday and others were injured during the Israeli aggression against the city of Jenin and its camp, which included bombing by drones, destruction of infrastructure, cutting off electricity from the camp and parts of the city and jamming communications and the Internet.

Furthermore, a general strike has swept Wednesday through the West Bank provinces, including the occupied city of Jerusalem, in condemnation of the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. So far, this has resulted in the martyrdom of over 8,610 and the injury of more than 23,000.

The strike paralyzed all aspects of life, leading to the closure of universities, banks and commercial establishments.
