The Presidential Committee for Civil Peace meets with the Vice President of the Fatah movement

Hebron - Ma'an - The Presidential Committee for Civil Peace in Hebron held a meeting with the Vice President of the Fatah Movement and member of the movement's Central Committee, Mahmoud Al-Aloul, in his office in Ramallah. The meeting was attended by the head of the committee, the leader of the Fatah movement, Lafi Ghaith, and the members of the committee, the economic advisor, Ahmed Hassouna, the leader, Muhammad al-Bakri, and the journalist, Muhammad al-Awiwi. Ghaith presented the social and security conditions in Hebron Governorate, and the extent of their impact on the social fabric and civil peace, speaking about the meetings and encounters held by the Presidential Committee for Civil Peace with the institutions and men of Hebron Governorate, and networking between institutions and men with the aim of preserving the dignity of citizens and maintaining security. Stressing that the people and clans of Hebron Governorate do not follow malicious rumors that aim to destabilize security and stability in the governorate and the nation. Hassouna also provided an explanation about the impact of the tragic conditions in the Gaza Strip on economic life, pointing to the decline in national economic growth due to the occupation's measures on the ground, and expressing his hope that the situation will end and the economic wheel will return to turning again. Al-Bakri spoke about the field security conditions, and the reflection of the ongoing occupation army incursions into the areas of the Palestinian National Authority, which aim to undermine confidence between citizens and the Palestinian leadership, stressing that the occupation measures will not weaken the resolve of the Palestinian people. Al-Aloul thanked the delegation of the Presidential Committee for Civil Peace for their visit and their efforts in maintaining civil peace, calling on them to make more efforts to continue to maintain civil peace. He spoke about the political developments and international pressures exerted on the Palestinian leadership, and t he occupation government's piracy of Palestinian funds, stressing that The Palestinian leadership is sparing no effort to return these funds, and to assist the Palestinian government in paying its financial obligations, especially to employees.
