The customs police and the competent authority stop a bakery from operating west of Ramallah

Ramallah - Ma'an - During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police and the competent authority in the Ministry of Health, today, Monday, in one of the villages west of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, suspended a bakery from work due to its lack of the minimum required health and environmental safety conditions. In view of this, the competent authority decided to stop the bakery from operating until its conditions were corrected and it adhered to the necessary health and environmental safety conditions and the improvement of working environment conditions, the destruction of 50 kilograms of spoiled flour, and the completion of due legal procedures. In a separate context, and through inspection tours: The device, in cooperation with the competent authorities in the Ministries of National Economy and Health, in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, seized 120 kilos of food supplies unfit for consumption; due to their expiration date.
