Manama, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Shura Council Chairman, sent a cable of congratulations to Ibrahim Boughali, Speaker of the National People's Assembly of Algeria, President of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU), on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the AIPU. Al Saleh expressed his appreciation for the AIPU President's efforts to enhance cooperation between Arab parliamentary councils and Arab parliamentarians. The Chairman emphasised the Shura Council's commitment to enhancing cooperation between Arab parliament and legislative councils to unify positions towards Arab causes.
