Saudi King issues royal orders

Riyadh, The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud today issued the following royal orders:

- Establishing an authority for development of Yanbu, Umluj, Al-Wajh and Duba.

- Relieving Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan bin Mohammed Al-Rabiah of his post as Minister of Health, and appointing Fahad bin Abdulrahman bin Dahes Al-Jalajel as Minister of Health.

- Appointing Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan bin Mohammed Al-Rabiah as Minister of Hajj and Umrah.

- Promoting Lieutenant General Mutlaq bin Salem bin Mutlaq Al-Azima to the rank of General, and appointing him as Commander of the Joint Forces.

- Relieving Abdulaziz bin Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Arefi from his post as Assistant Minister of Transport and Logistics Services.

- Appointing Abdulaziz bin Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Arefi as Advisor at the Cabinet's General Secretariat at excellent rank.
