Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah discussed on Thursday with Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres the efforts to stop the military escalation between the parties in Sudan, and provide the necessary protection for Sudanese civilians and residents on its soil.
The two sides also reviewed aspects of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the UN, in addition to discussing the latest international developments and efforts to enhance international peace and security.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah stressed, during the call, that Saudi Arabia will continue its efforts to evacuate the nationals of the countries that have requested its assistance in this regard.
