The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters awarded HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani the Medal of Contribution and Support of International Friendship between Firefighters and Rescuers, in recognition of his efforts in strengthening the relations between the State of Qatar and the Russian Federation.
HE the Ambassador received the Medal during his meeting with HE Aleksandr Chupriyan, the First Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.
The meeting discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
