Royal Court Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to National Security Advisor, Supreme Defence Council (SDC) Secretary-General and Royal Guard Commander Lt.Gen. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa on being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-General.
In the cable, the Royal Court Minister said that the deserved promotion which confirms HH Shaikh Nasser's experience, competence, and landmark achievements, recognizes his dedicated efforts and merit. He wished HH Shaikh Nasser continued success to attain further achievements, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
