RERA chief highlights real estate sector’s contributions to national economy

Manama, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), has affirmed that the real estate sector is crucial for Bahrain's economic growth and development, praising the sector’s strides and achievements attained thanks to the care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

He affirmed keenness to continue strengthening the sector's role and contributions to the kingdom’s comprehensive development process.

The CEO extended thanks and appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for opening the second edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2023, at Exhibition World Bahrain, in Sakhir.

The exhibition aims to boost Bahrain's competitive potentials in the real estate sector and make it a significant investment destination in the region.

The exhibition in its second edition attracted over 58 real estate projects worth over $8 billion, with the participation of government agencies and major private sector developers.

Cityscape Bahrain 2023 offers unlimited investment opportunities for investors, architectural designers, engineering consulting firms, property owners, and those interested in buying or owning property, along with a group of investment opportunities provided by the Government Land Investment Platform.
