The Admission Department at Qatar University (QU) announced the opening of admission applications for the graduate programs for the Fall 2023 semester from 8 January 2023 till 16 February 2023 through its official website. Admission decisions will be announced on 1 June 2023.
Admission into QU depends on the principle of competition between applicants who have met the minimum requirements for admission. Students are accepted according to the capacity of each individual program and the related admission requirements.
Applicants may apply for graduate studies in one of 63 offered programs for the Fall 2023 semester including all the PhD and Master’s programs in the College of Engineering, PhD in the Business Administration program and all Master’s programs in the College of Business and Economics, all the Master’s and Diploma programs in the College of Education (noting that Diploma of Early Childhood is available only in Early Childhood Teachers), the PhD program in Sharia and all the Master’s programs in the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, all the PhD, Master’s and certificates programs in the College of Arts and Sciences, the PhD in Law and all the Master’s programs in the College of Law, all the PhD programs and the master and certificate programs in the QU Health, Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science in Pharmacy in the College of Pharmacy and all the Master’s and certificates programs in the College of Health Sciences.
Students can track their admission application status by visiting the online admission application page, using the applicant’s user name (ID) and password (PIN). Applicants are advised to read all the requirements needed for each program on the University’s website at www.qu.edu.qa/apply where they are required to fill an online application and attach all official documents before the deadline.
The starting of classes for the Fall 2023 semester will be on 20 August 2023. All applicants who have inquiries about admission to graduate programs at QU are encouraged to contact the Student Call Center at 44034444 or through the email graduate@qu.edu.qa.
