In a statement on Sunday, QFSW said that the Social Work Culture project aims to encourage all QFSW employees and its affiliated centers to learn about the essential principles of work, to enhance their ability to face challenges in achieving the lofty humanitarian social mission objectives in the long term, and to discover the common core values and principles among the Foundation's centers.

The 3-day long workshops included explanations of the following concepts: "Servant leadership, effective communication, professional and social responsibility, the spirit of teamwork, continuous development, innovation, professional and social empowerment." In this regard, the acting CEO of the Foundation Rashed Al Naimi stated that QFSW, with all its centers, is keen to develop plans and programs capable of meeting the educational and developmental needs of employees working with various categories, whether for citizens or residents, taking into account the specificities of each category, noting the importance of communication as the main axis of social work to deepen relations with the beneficiaries of the Foundation's services.

He also emphasized QFSW's interest in establishing the essential pillars for building a civil society with a clear ability for continuous development and raising the efficiency and quality of the services provided by the Foundation, aiming to deepen the interaction bridges with families, the local community, and targeted groups.

Al Naimi also expressed his pride and appreciation for what Qatar Foundation for Social Work has reached, confirming his appreciation for the work done by employees in all centers, and commending the values derived from the workshops.

The workshops included several interactive activities, exercises, and competitions in which the employees participated enthusiastically and expressed the importance of these workshops to them because they carry deep meanings directly related to their noble social work.

The employees praised the pioneers of social work who presented these workshops, expressing their benefits and gaining a clearer idea of the culture of social work, the values of social work, and how to apply them in the institution so that they can apply the ideas learned to improve the level of work and cooperation among employees to activate the social role of the institution.

The workshops concluded by distributing certificates to all participants and surveying their opinions on their importance to identify negative points for development and positive points to enhance them.
