Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Nasser Al Mubarak met Bahrain Muhfizin Society Chairman Riadh Al Marzooq and stressed commitment to heed the needs of people of determination when planning public amenities, including gardens and walkways.
“People of determination are our partners in the ministry’s projects”, he said, stressing cooperation with all social segments to further community partnership.
During the meeting, the two sides shed light on community projects, including the “Sawa’ed” (literally Helping Hands), stressing the importance of cooperation to ensure people of determination benefit from public amenities.
They also discussed a project, which was proposed by Bahrain Muhfizin Society, to turn villages and towns into zones friendly to people of determination.
