Palestinian prisoners appealed to humanitarian organizations to save his life

Ramallah, April 20 (QNA) – Palestinian Prisoner Sami Suleiman Jaradat
(46), from the town of Al Silat Al-Harithiya, west of Jenin in the
West Bank, who is serving a 21 year life sentence and 50 years prison
terms, has appealed to human rights institutions to intervene
immediately to end his suffering and save his life from slow death.
Jaradat, who spent so far 13 years in Gilboa prison, said in a
letter today that he suffers from high blood pressure, stomach and
urinary tract problems since the beginning of his detention, and
because of failure to receive treatment at the appropriate time, his
health conditions deteriorated.

He explained that he was to undergo surgery a year ago, but after
he was prepared for the operation it had been canceled, without a
clear reason.(QNA)
