Palestinian Detainee Khader Adnan Dies in Occupation Prisons after 87-Day Hunger Strike

Palestinian detainee in Israeli occupation prisons, Khader Adnan, 44, is dead after 87 days of hunger strike in protest against his detention, the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) said Tuesday.

It said that the Israel Prison Services (IPS) informed the prisoners that Adnan, from the town of Arraba, south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, who was detained on February 5, has died after his long hunger strike, according to (WAFA) news agency.

Adnan, a father of nine, was arrested 12 times during his life and went on strike several times in protest against this detention without any charge.
