Manama, Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, met with the 9th intake of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme.
The minister affirmed Bahrain’s dedication to empowering its national workforce, recognising them as the foundation of the country’s future. He praised the achievements of Bahraini talent within the government, noting their teamwork and innovative spirit.
The minister emphasised the important role of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme for government leadership in developing national talent and enhancing their role in Bahrain’s progress.
He highlighted the programme’s success in preparing national cadres to contribute effectively to the government’s development efforts, creating new opportunities, and driving further growth. The meeting discussed the development of municipal and agricultural services, efforts to boost food and agricultural production in Bahrain, and the ministry’s contribution to the government’s overall vision for the future.
The minister also reviewed the ministry’s key projects, including digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of modern technologies to enhance service delivery and ensure the highest standards of quality.
