Caretaker Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammed Wissam Mortada, received on Monday in is office in Tripoli, the Ambassador of Argentine to Lebanon, Maria Virginia Ruiz Quintar, who came on a protocol visit.
Discussions reportedly dwelt on an array of public and cultural affairs, and the implementation of cultural cooperation programs.
