MoL Organizes Training Course for Qataris, Children of Qatari Nationals Seeking Employment in Private Sector

Doha: The Ministry of Labour, represented by the Rehabilitation and Skills Development Department, organized today, in cooperation with Qatar Financial Academy (QFA), a training course, as part of the third phase of the professional readiness program “Jahiz”, on the latest methods of preparing a CV for Qatari and Children of Qatari nationals seeking employment in the private sector registered in the “Kawader” platform, to train them to write a professional CV that highlights their abilities and achievements, contributing to facilitating recruitment processes and entering the labor market.

The training course comes within the framework of the Ministry of Labor’s efforts to qualify the national workforce and prepare them for available jobs in various private sector companies and institutions, in line with the third national development strategy 2024-2030, which aims to prepare national human cadres capable of competing in the labor market and increase their participation rates in the private sector.

During th
e course, the trainees learned about the importance of the CV and its vital role in presenting the job seeker professionally. The trainees also learned about the benefits of the CV, which includes introducing oneself through detailed information that includes educational qualifications and work experience, in addition to highlighting the achievements and contributions made by the job seeker in a clear and concise manner, in addition to training them on methods of promoting skills and experiences that highlight the professional value of the individual in the labor market.

The Qatar National Vision 2030 aims to empower citizens and qualify them to participate in building an advanced and prosperous society, establishing a motivated and more competitive national talent base capable of transforming into a more productive labor market and actively participating in the country’s sustainable development process.
