Rome, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, met with Ambassador Riccardo Sessa, President of the Italian Society for International Organisations (SIOI). The meeting discussed ways of enhancing cooperation in areas of common interest. Dr. Shaikh Abdullah praised the organisation's efforts in organising "The Shaping a New Transatlantic Agenda, Security and Peace at a Time of Global Transformations" conference, marking the 75th anniversary of the founding of NATO.
