HH Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah issued on Wednesday an Amiri Order to address the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as His Highness.
According to the Amiri Order, addressing the Prime Minister must be as follows: HH Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
