Kerry Arrives in Iraq

Baghdad, June 23 (QNA) – US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Baghdad on Monday coming from the Jordanian capital Amman in an unannounced visit to conduct consultations on the Iraqi crisis.

Kerry is scheduled to meet with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki and other Iraqi officials.

During their talks last night in Amman, Kerry and his Jordanian counterpart Nasser Judeh expressed the need to find a political path in Iraq that includes all parties to get out of the crisis. (QNA)
