Dubai: The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) has signed with Link.com Company a contract for electronic financial connection with the charitable associations in Dubai.
The contract was signed in Dubai e-Government’s stage by Assistant Director-General of Charitable Activities’ Affairs, Jum’ah Obaid Al Falasi; and General Manager of Link.com Company, Yahya Al Katib.
Al Falasi said that the department always works to build partnerships with governmental and non-governmental bodies to enhance its role in serving community.
“This project will enhance the strategic partnership between the department and the company. It came in line with the strategic plan of the department regarding promoting and improving the charitable work. It also enhances the connection between the department and the charitable associations, and facilitates our auditing and follow-up of the associations.” Said Al Falsi.
General Manager of Link.com Company, Yahya Al Katib, praised the efforts of IACAD in achieving the electronic connection with the charitable associations, and praised the electronic services that the department provides on its website.
Al Katib said that the project is unique of its kind, and it will contribute in the transparency of the financial and the administrative management of the associations.
