His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, this evening visited the majlis of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, inaugurated the new majlis of the Al Musallam family, and visited the majlis of the Minister of the Shura Council and Representatives Council Affairs, HE Ghanem bin Fadl Al Buainain.
The Minister of the Royal Court, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, was in attendance at the majlis of the BDF Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
His Royal Highness highlighted the important role of patriotism and determination to Team Bahrain’s ongoing efforts to further the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister exchanged Ramadan blessings with the hosts and guests of the majlises.
His Royal Highness emphasised the important role Ramadan majlises play in promoting the national values of tolerance and compassion, and in maintaining the strong bonds that exist amongst the Kingdom’s citizens.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad expressed his pride in Team Bahrain’s efforts turning global challenges into ambitious goals and achievements.
Highlighting the Kingdom’s positive economic indicators, His Royal Highness emphasised the importance of building on the Kingdom’s achievements for the benefit of Bahraini citizens, adding that Bahrain’s economic success ensures a bright today and tomorrow for current and future generations.
His Royal Highness emphasised the Kingdom’s commitment to implementing economic development programmes that guarantee quality opportunities for Bahraini citizens. In this regard, His Royal Highness expressed his confidence in the next phase of the Kingdom’s economic development.
For their part, the majlis hosts and guests expressed their gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for the visit. They concluded by celebrating His Royal Highness’s noble engagement with Bahrainis in their Ramadan majlises across the Kingdom.
During the majlis visits, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister was accompanied by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Charity Educational Charitable Trust, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minster of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and a number of senior officials.
