His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and issued Law (6) of 2023, endorsing the Agreement on the System of Linking Payment Systems of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries, signed on October 20, 2021, following its approval by the Shura and Representatives councils.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
