HM King issues decree (45) of 2023

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree (45) of 2023, amending Article (1) of Decree (61) of 2021 on the establishment of the General Sports Authority (GSA), based on a proposal by the Prime Minister, and following the approval of the Cabinet.

According to the decree, the phrase "The Minister", mentioned in Article (1) of Decree (61) of 2021 shall be replaced by "The Minister of Education".

The Prime Minister and ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes effect the day following its issuance, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
