His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, marking the decision of the Board of Trustees of the Moscow State University for International Relations to award HM the King an honorary doctorate, in recognition of his noble role in promoting peaceful co-existence, and dialogue among various religions and cultures.
In the cable, the minister expressed deepest pride at the international honour which recognises HM the King’s far-sighted vision and contributions to achieving democratic rule, justice, equality and promoting the values of peace and tolerance between all religions and cultures.
