HH Shaikh Nasser: Bahrain’s Endurance sport on right track

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman, has affirmed that the endurance sport in Bahrain is on the right track, with the existence of a promising young generation of riders who are capable of bringing about more successes and achievements at all levels.

HH Shaikh Nasser was speaking while receiving here today Royal Endurance Team riders, the winners of the FEI Endurance World Championship for Young Riders and Juniors in the 120-km race, held in Castelsagrat, with the participation of 70 jockeys from various countries.

His Highness congratulated the Royal Endurance Team’s jockeys, as well as the administrative and technical staff for the global achievements, hailing the outstanding performance of the Bahraini riders, and commending the efforts exerted by the Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), led by its President, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.

HH Shaikh Nasser attributed the achievements of Bahraini sport to the unlimited support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, affirming the leadership’s strong belief in the ability of Bahraini athletes.
