Manama, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), General Sports Authority (GSA) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) President, received here today Laurent Petrynka, the International School Sport Federation (ISF).
His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, GSA Deputy Chairman, Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, GSA’s CEO, Fares Mustafa Al-Kooheji, BOC Secretary-General, and Eshaq Abdulla Eshaq, Chairman of the Executive Committee of ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, were present.
HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad welcomed the visit of Laurent Petrynka’s visit to the kingdom, praising the ongoing close cooperation Bahrain’s sports entities and ISF, affirming the kingdom’s readiness to host ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, under His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s patronage.
The two sides discussed the ongoing preparations to hold the global school sports event in the kingdom.
Laurent Petrynka commended the kingdom’s efforts to ensure the success of ISF Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
