Germany coach Hansi Flick had originally planned to watch two weekend Bundesliga games on site but has now decided to do so remotely owing to coronavirus restrictions as he starts plotting how to prepare his team for 2022. Watching Hoffenheim v Moenchengladbach and Freiburg v Leverkusen on television will also help Flick get ready for the World Cup in Qatar in November and December, and before that the Nations League group stage against European champions Italy, runners-up England as well as Hungary.
