Germany-Qatar Show Jumping Friendship Championship Continues

Wiesbaden, Germany, June 06 (QNA) – The competitions of the Germany-Qatar Show Jumping Friendship Championship will continue tomorrow (Saturday) with the participation world best horse riders.

Qatari horse riders will compete tomorrow in key jumping matches which qualify for the QR350,000 award of the concluding contests.

In the championship which kicked off Friday, they participated in more than one match, and they made a good start as Abdulrahman Al Saaq won first place for the third match of 140 cm, and Ahmed Mohammed Al Badi was the winner of the third place for the first match of 115 cm.

    The five Qatari participants in the tournament are: Sheikh Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Thani and Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Saaq and Abdullah Ali Al Ajeel and Ahmed Mohammed Al Badi and Abdullah Al Marri.

The championship is part of partnership between the Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) under the chairmanship of Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al Attiyiah and Wiesbaden Championship Organizing Committee to serve common interest of both parties in the Equestrian sport.

Qatar Equestrian delegation to the event chaired by Khalid Safar Al Hajiri, the QEF Secretary General, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Attiyiah, championship coordinator, Faisal bin Ali Al Attiyiah, Director of Show Jumping team alongside the Qatari riders and administrative and technical staff members.
