Head of the “Lebanese Forces” Party, Samir Geagea, received calls from the Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abdullatif Darian, and Deputies Ashraf Rifi, Fouad Makhzoumi and Abd al-Aziz al-Samad, where they expressed their strong condemnation and regret over the fall of the victims in Bsharre. They also offered their deepest condolences to the families of the victims in particular, and to the people of Bcharre in general, stressing “the need for investigations to be conducted quickly to uncover the criminals and bring them to justice as soon as possible.” On the other hand, MP Strida Geagea received a call from Prime Minister Najib Mikati, during which he confirmed that he would personally follow up on the course of the investigations to reach the arrest of the criminals and bring them to justice.
