Riyadh: In conjunction with the 1445 AH Hajj season, the first Riyadh Health Cluster implemented a series of initiatives and awareness activities, including electronic communications on social media and field campaigns. The awareness programs, exploratory examinations, and medical services provided by the “First Cluster” in the reception centers for pilgrims dispersed in various regions and governorates affiliated with it, as well as on the pilgrims’ itinerary, were indicative of its field participation. Specialized medical personnel are available to provide these services at all hours of the day and night to address the health requirements of pilgrims as they travel, in collaboration with a variety of government agencies and the non-profit sector.
The First Cluster also organized blood donation campaigns in its facilities to support the hospitals of the holy sites, ensuring the availability of the necessary quantities of blood to meet the needs of pilgrims and provide them with immediate health care.
