Earthquake of 5.1 Magnitude Strikes Papua New Guinea

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 on the Richter scale struck eastern Papua New Guinea on Tuesday.

In a statement, the US Geological Survey reported that the earthquake’s epicenter was located 154 kilometers west of the city of Panguna, at a depth of 10 kilometers, with no reports of casualties or property damage.
