HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Wednesday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Paraguay Julio Cesar Arriola, who is visiting the country.
