Deputy Chief of Public Security Major- General Dr. Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa received a delegation of the House of Representatives and Senate of the United States of America.
The deputy chief affirmed the importance of these visits to reinforce the bilateral relations in the security sector.
The meeting reviewed Bahrain's experience in the Open Prisons Programme and the Alternative Penalties, which contributed in enhancing security and developing the human rights system through training the beneficiaries to engage them in the society.
