Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Defence Affairs Minister, today received General Michael Kurilla, the Commander of US Central Command (CENTCOM), and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, the Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force.
The minister welcomed the US CENTCOM Commander and his accompanying delegation, lauding the ongoing cooperation and coordination between the kingdom and the US across various fields, especially the military one.
Air Vice Marshal Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Bahraini Air Force, Major-General Ghanem Ibrahim Al-Fadhala, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, Rear Admiral Mohammed Yousif Al-Asam, Director of Military Cooperation, Rear Admiral Ahmed Mohammed Ibrahim Al Bin Ali, Acting Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Force, and Steven C. Bondy, US Ambassador to Bahrain, attended the meeting.
