Commander-in-Chief inspects BDF unit

Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defencse Force (BDF), inspected a BDF unit, as part of his continuous field follow-up of the ongoing modernisation in BDF's branches and units.

He was briefed about the stages of the unit's development and training programmes.

The commander-in-chief affirmed that the BDF is moving forward in developing its defence systems and strengthening its military capabilities, noting that it is carrying out noble mission with efficiency, thanks to constant care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister.

Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed appreciated the efforts of the BDF affiliates in defending the homeland, preserving its historical capabilities and protecting its civilisational gains.
