Central Bank of Kuwait Issues Bonds, Tawarruq Worth KD 240 Million

The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) announced Monday new CBK bonds and related tawarruq valued at KD 240 million (around USD 792 million).

The securities bear a return rate of 4.375 percent and a maturity of six months, said a CBK statement carried by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

On March 27, CBK issued bonds and tawarruq of the same worth; and same tenure.
