Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqer Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Rear Admiral Vineet S McCarty, Indian Commander of the Western Fleet.
The chief of staff praised the Bahraini-Indian longstanding partnership.
The meeting discussed cooperation and military coordination, and ways to further developing them.
Major General Salah Rashid Al Saad, Director of Military Training, and Rear Admiral Mohammed Yousif Al Asam, Director of Military Cooperation attended the meeting.
