ARSLAN CONTACTS FRANJIEH, KARAMI AND TAWK, DENOUNCING THE KILLING OF THE TWO YOUNG MEN

Head of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Talal Arslan, contacted this afternoon Marada Movement Chief, Sleiman Franjieh, the head of the Dignity Movement, MP Faisal Karami, and MP William Tawk, expressing his strong condemnation of the heinous crime that claimed the lives of the two young men, Haitham and Malik Tawk. Arslan, according to a statement by the party’s media branch, called on the people of North Lebanon, in general, and the Bsharre region in particular, to “be patient, demonstrate reasoning, and resort to the military institution and the judicial and security apparatuses, who have a duty to uncover the circumstances of the painful incident and hold the perpetrators accountable as quickly as possible.” Arslan also offered his heartfelt condolences to all of Bsharre’s people and the families of the two victims, asking God Almighty to have mercy upon them and inspire their families with patience and solace to endure their loss.
