An arrest campaign in the West Bank

Bethlehem - Ma'an - Today, Tuesday, the occupation forces arrested a group of citizens in various areas of the West Bank. According to local sources, these forces arrested at least 5 citizens from various areas in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. Professor Jalal Marouf, Ahmed Abdel Razzaq Falana, and Mustafa Dhiyab were arrested after their homes were stormed in the village of Safa, northwest of Ramallah, while confrontations broke out between the occupation forces and young men in the village of Ajoul, north of Ramallah. The occupation also arrested the boy, Bahaa Thaer Shabana, after raiding his family's home in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah, noting that Shabana was released from detention a month ago. The editor, Mahmoud Suleiman Abu Adi, was also arrested during his storming of the village of Deir Ibzi', west of Ramallah. In Nablus, other forces arrested citizens from the village of Qasra, south of Nablus. Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the village in the early h ours of dawn, and launched a massive campaign of raids on citizens' homes, searching them and tampering with their contents. The same sources added that the occupation forces detained dozens of citizens inside a school, subjected them to field investigation, beat some of them, and arrested the two young men, Mustafa Nadeem Abu Raida, and Zain Saed Kanaan. The occupation forces also arrested two brothers after besieging their house in the city of Jericho. Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the city of Jericho from its southern entrance, and surrounded the house of the two brothers Muhammad and Jamal Khattab in the Sabiha neighborhood in the center of the city, before arresting them.
