US Ambassador Lisa Johnson laid a wreath at the grave of Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in Beirut.
“As we commemorate the 19th anniversary of his assassination, we are reminded of his legacy of peace and reconstruction and the importance of promoting justice and accountability,” Johnson affirmed.
