4.7 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Southern Jordan

Amman, May 24 (QNA) – An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale was recorded in Ghor Fifa, south of Jordan, according to Jordan’s Natural Resources Authority.

The authority said that the quake was felt by citizens in Karak, Tafila and Queen Alia International Airport. There were no reports of damage from the quake, Jordan news agency (Petra) reported. (QNA)
