The Medical Commission received about 400,000 visitors in the first half of 2017, according to a statement by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
The Medical Commission has been successful in reducing the waiting time of the visitors during this period from 23 minutes in 2016 to 18 minutes. The satisfaction rate of visitors of the services at the centre has also increased from 67.2% in 2016 to 84.2% during the period. Medical Commission had received about 770,000 visitors in 2016.
Dr Ibrahim al-Shaer, Medical Commission Director, pointed out to the keenness of MoPH on the continuous development of the Medical Commission, with expansion and opening of new units and great attention by qualified staff.
