Arab-South American Countries Start Their 3rd Meeting /1/

At the end of their meeting, the Ministers adopted the Riyadh Declaration in which they highlighted the extreme importance of their meeting for building bridges of cultural cooperation and integration between the two Arab and South American regions in various fields.

Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja chaired the third meeting of the Ministers of Culture in the Arab countries and South American countries.

Dr. Khoja delivered at the beginning of the session a speech in which he thanked the experts who prepared for the meeting.

The ministers of culture in the Arab countries and South American countries delivered speeches during the session, praising the initiative of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in establishing King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Global Center and the kingdom’s efforts to spread the Arab culture in the world.

They also hailed initiatives of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz to support the Arab positions in various fields including the field of knowledge and culture.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister of Culture and Information received a memorial shield from the Arab League.(END)
